Waiting ...

My get up and go, got up and went. I'm waiting on it to come back.

I played around with the challenges yesterday. Here are my attempts at the Diva's Challenge and Tackle It Tuesday.

Diva Challenge attempt 1

Diva Challenge attempt 2

Diva Challenge attempt 3

In all three of these attempts, I wanted to do a heart with Diva Dance coming out. I will go back and do something with attempts 1 and 3. The page with attempt 2 will become more of a practice page.

Diva Challenge attempt 4, Tackle It Tuesday (SPE) attempt 1,Paradox Play

Tackle It Tuesday attempt 2
Tangles: Eyehook, Schway, Sanibelle, Phicops, Scrawlz

The challenge for Tackle It Tuesday is to use tangles that start with E,P,S. I really like Eyehook and was playing around with it. I still have not decided what tangles I will use. I think I should use some tangles that I don't usually use.

I worked some more on my abstract face and this is where I am at this point.

Tangles: ING, Cadent, Paradox, Facets; Blue Unison colored pencil

I did this page in my sketchbook because it sums up my feelings right now.

Here is my entry for the Diva's Challenge # 185: Duo-Tangle, Phicops and Diva Dance.

Tangles: Phicops, Diva Dance-Waltz, Foxtrot and Rock'n'Roll

  7. I love that you posted your works in progress. It's nice to see that others hit bumps in the road on these challenges too. That said, I love the third Phicops heart one. The shape of the Phicops is so graceful and I would love to see you take that one further.

    1. Thank you. I realized that I actually drew three on the back of one. When I can get it finished I'll post it.

  8. I love your Challenge Tile. Beautiful job working the DivaDance around, on, and in the PhiCops. Terrific job with the double curve on the leading forward edge of the Phicops scallops. It is such a graceful touch. Fascinating beautiful curves/scrolls in your Life Tile. I enjoyed your post. So well done.
