Challenges Complete

I have finished this week's challenges.

First I want to put up my Tackle it Tuesday challenge again. I went back and shaded it and added some color.

Before:

After:

The shading made a world of difference and I like the little bit of color.

Here is my entry for the Diva's Challenge: UMT X-Did.

X Marks the Spot
Tangles: X-Did, Meer

I used my purple micron by mistake, but I like the way it turned out.

My final picture is for Joey's Weekly Tangle Challenge. We needed to do 5 overlapping circles.

Circles in circles
Tangles: Strircles, Wartz ( Genevieve Crabe), Maddie 2 ( Lila Popcheff), Hainah (Joni Nickren), Marbles ( Elena Hadzijaneva), (O)

I am trying to use some tangles that are not on TanglePatterns in some of my challenges (unless otherwise specified). When I first saw Joey's challenge I got real excited and had to slow my brain down. I am now going to have to make some more works to begin so that I can play some more. I love geometric shapes, especially circles. I still have to go and do some of the zendalas, but that is probably a month or two away.

Regular season football starts tonight, so I will be watching (listening to) that while I continue to tangle.

  1. All are so beautiful, I can't pick a favorite. Maybe the purple, just because it's my color :-)

  2. Great job on using x-did. your tile is amazing. I particularly like your version of the 5 circles for Joey's weekly tangle challenge. There is so much happening my eyes just want to jump all over & take it all in at once.

  3. I loved all 3 of them, but I must say the x-did is amazing. And I love the first one when you shaded and colored it. The circles for Joey's challenge and absolutely beautiful. Nice combination there too!

  4. Love your "X marks the Spot" Tile. The purple is eloquent and very appropriate. Love your design, and X-did looks like Gem Stones. Your other challenge Tiles are wonderful also. Lots of talent here.

    1. Thank you. The purple was totally by accident, grabbed the wrong Micron.

  8. Love these - especially how you added color to the first one - remember those pipes crawling all over the computer screen? Hehe.

  9. Great work! I think you are right, the shading and colour make your Z tile more interesting. I also like the purple on your X-Did. and your circles are really awesome - a lot going on, yet not over complicated. :)

  11. Your X-Ing tile is wonderfully dramatic, with and without shadow and color. Your purple version is such a lovely surprise, serendipity!
